Why Numbersmith?

If you choose Numbersmith for your bookkeeping needs, you’ll work with a knowledgeable accounting professional who listens to and cares about your business’s needs and concerns.

How does it work?

We use a cloud accounting application - either Quickbooks Online or Xero - to streamline your bookkeeping process. All you have to do is provide the necessary information regarding your business's financial transactions. We'll make sure everything is recorded, reconciled, and summarized for you in your monthly reports. And if you ever have any questions or concerns, call or email and we have a one-business-day response communication policy.

We provide our bookkeeping services for a flat monthly rate. That means that, unlike with hourly billing, you know exactly what you’ll be paying each month. No long-term contract required.

What’s Included?

The monthly fee includes the following services:

• Proper recording of all financial transactions
• Reconciliation of business bank accounts including checking, savings, and credit card accounts
• Subscription to either Xero or Quickbooks Online cloud accounting application
• Monthly reports regarding your business’s financial performance
• Questions answered as needed on a timely basis

Initial setup is free if your books are clean and up to date.
